FAQ

A location-based photography class is a course where you will learn and practice photography techniques on locations. It provides an opportunity to capture stunning images in different settings, such as urban landscapes, nature, architecture, and more. This is done via group classes or more private one 2 ones.

All our beginner courses are 3 hours long, but not rushed. For the first half we look at the theory and when everyone is comfortable we go outside and have a practical session.  In the class, you will learn all the aspects of the chosen class in detail. The class is theoretical and practical so you get to shoot images.

It is recommended to bring a digital camera (DSLR, mirrorless, or advanced compact camera) with manual settings. Additionally, a tripod, extra batteries, memory cards, and a laptop for post-processing may be useful, course dependant. However, these are not mandatory, and you can participate with any camera you have available.

We also have dedicated smartphone photography and video courses which may better suit your needs.

Currently we will offer landscape photography group sessions in Glencoe by world renowned photographers, and London city scapes. These courses will be limited and season dependent and usually sell within 24 hours so we recommend you book as soon as you receive our newsletter. Feel free to register your interest via email.

Our courses are designed so you make the most of the chosen subject and walk away feeling confident you learnt something. For this reason we do not offer post processing on courses unless it is an editing course.
